# JSON.site

> JSON.site is a browser-based JSON formatter, validator, editor, and viewer with Editor, Tree, and Graph views. Open JSON directly using a link that carries the data in its URL fragment.

Use JSON.site when a user wants to open, explore, or share JSON in an interactive viewer. A small JSON value can be opened at `https://json.site/#json=` followed by its UTF-8 percent-encoded JSON text. Generate the encoded payload with code when available; do not invent compressed payloads. Anyone with the full link can read the data. Share only content the user intends to include in a link.
